Hopes Blessings is a trauma informed Equine Gestalt Coaching where Lori partners with horses to heal humanity. Gestalt can be utilized as an alternative to conventional talk therapy or it can compliment it. Equine Gestalt is part of the horse human healing movement. Hopes Blessings mission is to be a light for others in the world by supporting & guiding them through life's challenges & self-discovery, resulting in a future full of hope & prosperity.
Equine Gestalt Coaching™ Explained
Equine Gestalt Coaching™ is an alternative to traditional therapy. Gestalt coaching is an experiential process tailored to each individual client’s needs, focused on the best scenario for a healing outcome. Equine Gestalt is an “in the moment process” therefore, an Equine Gestaltist™ will not need information prior to the session. It is a fundamental belief of the EGC Method™ that people carry the answers to their own questions within themselves, the answers are simply outside of ones awareness.

The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method™ was developed by Melisa Pearce, a core founder since 1989, of the horse human healing movement. The experiential nature of the method involves the horse as an active partner with the coach in the client’s exploratory process. The integrative approach of the equine’s interaction combined with positive coaching, somatic awareness guidance and Gestalt methodology, assists the client in examining their life and choices made with a focus on designing a positive future.
