*Gestalt Sessions , Zoom Sessions & Chillin' with Horses: More than 72 hours notice of cancellation, then reschedule or refund of 95% of charge for appointment. Less than 72 hours for cancellation then refund of 50% charge for missed appointment & rescheduling will be a new appointment at full charge. Day of appointment cancellation NO REFUND.

*Gestalt 1 or 2 Day Workshops: Full payment is due when signing up. Cancellation before 60 days of the event refund of 95%. Cancellation 30-60 days of the event refund of 50% UNLESS we can fill your spot then there’s a 95% refund.
